A one-off workshop is a collective working session, often centred on a specific theme or challenge, oriented towards exploration and co-construction. A training programme delivers content and tools on a given subject. Team support is longer and aims for deeper transformation: collective dynamics, communication, management posture. Depending on your needs, one format will be more relevant than another. Let’s talk it through together to find the right fit.
Yes. I offer individual coaching sessions for employees, managers or executives in a professional context such as stepping into a new role, leadership development, navigating a transition, improving communication and more.
Yes. I work in person at your premises or at a third-party venue, depending on your preference.
I believe in working in partnership. Depending on your needs and the nature of your request, I may bring in a qualified partner who offers an approach complementary to mine to provide support that is even better suited to your situation, without ever losing the coherence of the relationship.
